THE RICHMOND

A favorite destination for festival attendees heading into the park, the top of Clement Street in the Inner Richmond neighborhood is known for its delectable cheap eats from around the world and one-of-a-kind locally owned boutiques. Stay warm with a Pendleton blanket and cardigan from Seedstore; pop by Park Life for a hip designer tee; or stroll over to Foggy Notion for eco body products to protect your face from the elements. And you don't want to miss Green Apple, which just happens to one of the best independent book and magazine stores on the West Coast. Make sure to come back on Sundays for the new farmers market, offering fresh regional produce from 8 am to 2pm. Come visit the Seedstore/Park Life Booth at the Festival to find out more about the neighborhood!

THE SUNSET

San Francisco’s southwest corner is a hidden gem. Cradled in the fog, with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, the Outer Sunset has plenty to explore before, after, and between sets at the festival! Stay warm with some Shanghai Soup Dumplings from Kingdom of Dumpling, grab some unique coffee blends at Henry’s House of Coffee or Java Beach Café, or bring home a San Francisco souvenir with a “The Avenues” t-shirt from the Hard Wear Store. Before the festival, grab a hearty Breakfast Sandwich at Devil’s Teeth Baking Company, and walk across the street to Establish, where you can find unique jewelry, home goods, and post cards. Once called the “Outside Lands” the west side of San Francisco has many great things to offer!
