Each year at Outside Lands, hundreds of otherworldly dishes and drinks descend upon Golden Gate Park, defying reality and blowing minds with their sheer deliciousness. In celebration of this sorcery, we give you the all new GastroMagic area! This stage, home to all things startling and unexpected in food, drink, music, magic, and more, was co-curated by San Francisco’s own Chefs Feed (www.chefsfeed.com).  Notorious wizards of the bar will vie for the affections of a merry-making comedian, breakdancers and butchers will compete for the breakdown crown, DJs will join forces with culinary masters for fascinating themed festivities, and a magician will roam the lounge to astound your senses with inexplicable illusions. Some of San Francisco's most enchanting cocktail bars will be on hand curating mixology magic, including 15 Romolo, 1760, Alembic, The Homestead, Local Edition and Hotsy Totsy. Rounding out the area will be BaconLand, with a Bacon Flight featuring the country's best swine selections, including San Fran favorite Fatted Calf, as well as a Grilled Cheese with Bacon. And, like any good magic show, we'll need some assistance from the audience: the first ten fans to arrive at select programs will be seated at our tasting table, where they will get to indulge in whatever is created during the performance. Join us in the woods for an experience that will delight!

BBQ & Drank feat Lewis Black, Dave McLean, Paul Grieco, Dave Smith & Southpaw BBQ

This lively tasting panel led by comedian Lewis Black will determine which goes best, beer, wine or bourbon, with Southpaw BBQ’s creations
