We're happy to welcome back the third annual Summer Pairings Series, which, like the festival itself, celebrates music, food and drink to the fullest!
From dynamic food and wine pairings set to live music in Wine Country to karaoke with Japanese izakaya and saké to San Francisco brews accompanying Korean street food, the third annual Outside Lands Summer Pairings Series matches up some of the most exciting food and drink personalities with a presence at the festival.

Namu Gaji & Magnolia Beer
Dennis, David and Dan Lee of Namu have been hallmarks at Outside Lands since its inception for their locally sourced, innovative cuisine. Meanwhile Dave McLean and his loved Magnolia Brewery made festival history last year as McLean curated Beer Lands with an eye for California breweries that were raising the bar. In the final Outside Lands Summer Pairings Series, these two powerhouses team up to create an unforgettable pre-fixe menu of three pints, including, of course, Magnolia’s custom brew for Namu Gaji, Tillie's Union Ale, and four courses: 2 canape, tacos, suckling pork sisig, duck ramen and a beer-inspired dessert.
The Summer Pairing prefix menu will be the only menu available that evening at Namu Gaji.

Nombe, Momokawa Saké and “Ode to Sir Paul” Karaoke
Located in the heart of the Mission, Nombe is a lively, contemporary Tokyo-style izakaya that uniquely relies on Northern California’s seasonal, sustainable, and locally sourced produce. Returning to Outside Lands for the third year, Nombe joins forces with festival newcomer Momokawa Saké, produced in Forest Grove, Oregon, and an exciting new addition to the festival’s Wine Lands. This Summer Pairings Series will center on a raucous good time with “Ode to Sir Paul” Karaoke – in tribute to Friday night Outside Lands headliner Paul McCartney; prizes will be given for the top singers.
The evening’s savory four-part menu includes JFC (Japanese Fried Chicken) with Momokawa Organic Junmai Ginjo, Pork Belly with Kasumi Tsuru Kimoto Extra Dry, Veggie Kushiyaki with g fifty and RamenBurger with Murai Family Nigori Genshu.
$40 per person menu; reservations are recommended and can be made by
