3DAY VIP wristbands will take the place of the 3DAY VIP ticket. Wristbands will be shipped in advance. No tickets will be printed or shipped.

 

Before you arrive at the festival, a high-security wristband with a unique embedded barcode chip inside will be mailed to you. The wristband is like cash—it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. The wristband will be scanned as you enter the festival site, as well as at the VIP areas of the venue. The wristband should remain on your wrist throughout the festival.

 

3DAY VIP orders will be shipped on 7/22/13. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped. Your order will be shipped by regular mail and you should expect your wristband(s) to arrive between 7-10 business days from receipt of your shipping confirmation email.

 

If purchasing from outside the US or Canada, wristbands will be held at will call at the festival box office.

 

PLEASE NOTE: 3DAY VIP wristbands are non-transferable.

 

3DAY VIP Passes are available for purchase by phone or internet only.

2013 TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

One Ticket will be issued for 3-day General Admission entry to festival. Customer must present same ticket each day at gate.

 

One VIP Wristband will be issued for 3-day VIP entry to festival. Customer must wear same wristband each day at gate.

 

A portion of your ticket price will benefit the San Francisco Parks and Local Charitable Organizations.

 

No Camping.

In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests we may refuse entry to ticket holders who attempt to enter the Festival site with prohibited items.

 

Due to capacity restrictions, everyone entering the venue must have a ticket and no strollers will be allowed. We discourage any infants or babes in arms.

 

To avoid unintentionally long will-call lines, we suggest the print at home option if available.

 

Guard your tickets carefully - just like cash! There will be absolutely no reissues for lost or stolen tickets!
