FACILITIES

Information Booths

Information Booths are located next the the Box Office, and on the east end of the Polo Field. Stop by to get your questions answered, pick up an Outside Lands Program Guide, check out the Festival Map, or just to say hi.

Locker Rentals

Don't feel like carrying your stuff all day? Not to worry! For another year, we will have lockers at Outside Lands, so you can secure your belongings while at the festival. Reserve your locker here!

Shopping

Our local retail vendors offer a wide selection of craft and hand-made wares - if you’re looking for a screen-printed shirt, sunglasses, posters or even a charge for your cellphone, you’re in luck!

ATMs

There will be a number of ATMs located at the festival. Their locations will be marked on the map you receive when you enter the site.

Bathrooms & Hand Washing Stations

Bathrooms and hand washing stations are strategically located throughout the festival site. They are cleaned frequently, and they are used frequently, so please do your part to make the porta-potty experience as enjoyable as possible. Remember, the Golden Rule of Public Toilets: Leave them as you’d like to find them.

Refillable Water Program

Please choose refillable water over plastic water bottles to cut down on the plastic consumption and the overall carbon footprint of the festival. Refillable water stations will be located on site. Stay tuned for more information.

Food Options

Reasonably priced food (including vegetarian/vegan options) and drinks will be available on-site. More information about the food vendors and options will be released in upcoming weeks.

Security / Safety

Our primary goal is to create a safe and secure environment for all festival attendees. To ensure this, there will be on-site security provided by local police and private security companies. If you're experiencing any problems whatsoever, locate a festival staff member, security guard, or police officer.

Medical

Rock Medicine will be on-site to help you with any type of medical problem. If you need assistance, go to the medical tent, or look for a police officer or festival staff member. Rock Medicine has been providing medical services at concerts for over 35 years.

Lost and Found

Lost and Found will be held at both Info Booths. Stay tuned for updated 2017 info.
