Outside Clams takes all the flavors of the sea and serves them up in portable packages, perfect for eating stage-side or in a grassy spot in the shade. From lobster rolls to raw and BBQ oysters to clam chowder bread bowls, Outside Clams will ensure your hunger for the bounty of the sea is satisfied in spades. The experience is hosted by legendary San Francisco staple, Woodhouse Fish Co., so you know you're getting the freshest and most lovingly prepared seafood the City has to offer.
Experience Outside Lands newest culinary delight nestled in the forest this year as Feast in the Trees with Roy Choi. Named among TIME’s 100 Most Influential People in the World in 2013, Choi is a start-up innovator who ignited the food truck movement with Kogi BBQ.
Taking place for one night only, the dining experience offers a four-course family style dinner where Choi’s culinary prowess and creativity are front and center. The menu will wander through Choi’s hailed cuisine, as influenced by his Korean and Californian roots, and has an all-star cast overseeing its drink component.
Peter Eastlake, Curator of Wine Lands and a Food & Wine Sommelier of the Year (2013), will create wine pairings, and concoctions from Cocktail Magic will also debut throughout the dinner.
Feast in the Trees with Roy Choi takes place Friday, August 11, 2017 and offers one seating at 5:00pm. Tickets are $125, including gratuity. Guests must be 21 and over and an Outside Lands ticket-holder to purchase a seat.
